Shipping & Return Policy
Q How much does shipping costs?
It will be depending on the shipping location. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
All products are shipped from Hawaii, by USPS.
Q Tracking states "Delivered" but I haven't received it
It's common for carriers to mark packages as 'Delivered' before they have physically arrived. Please wait for 1-3 days or contact your local USPS office to see if the package is stuck at the location.
If tracking shows that your order was delivered, but you can't find it:
・Verify your shipping address in My Account
・Check your mailbox, porch, or any place the carrier may have attempted to deliver
Additionally, If it has been over 3 days from the 'Delivered' status, contact us at email@example.com. Please understand that we may not be able to refund or re-ship the same item as we sell many one-inventory items.
Q My order was damaged/incorrect item
Please send us pictures of damaged/incorrect item at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that damaged items which wrapping/package is opened will not be accepted as return/exchange.
Q I didn’t like the item and would like to return
We can buy your purchased item back as used manga/item. Unfortunately, we do not offer return and full refund for any items. If you would like to sell your item, please send us pictures at email@example.com and we’ll send you an estimate.
*Please note that estimate can change upon receiving and see the physical item.
*We do not cover the shipping fee. Please go to your local post office to send the item back to us.
We take extra care when it comes to wrapping and shipping the products. Please understand that we are small business, and we do not carry many inventory for each item. Therefore, for any under circumstance, we will not be able to re-ship the same item.
